Webex Meetings insights and analytics at IT Administrators’ fingertips.

While people transition to remote work across the world, the IT Administration environment is changing. Current features within Cisco’s Control Hub were insufficient for Administrators to report on Webex performance. In addition to this, the variables of remote work created a need to evolve the troubleshooting experience to empower admins to solve end-user problems in new ways that are dependent on new less-predictable network environments.

IT Administrators can be extremely helpful during a time when their users transitioned to remote work through clear insights and effective communication.

Covid-19 creates an environment with a significant amount of variables that IT Administrators need to interpret so that they can troubleshoot meetings efficiently.
