This meetup is co-hosted by The Product League (https://www.meetup.com/The-Product-League), Design Jam(https://www.meetup.com/Design-Jam/) and Austin Design Sprint(https://www.meetup.com/Austin-Design-Sprint/).
Teams who embrace prototyping and human-centered design tactics outperform other organizations. Prototyping products creates time and space to gain insights about real users. The act of prototyping reveals what you can improve upon to create better products. This meetup is ideal for product managers and team leads.
First, we’ll discuss structured methods, such as the Design Sprint, to create the right prototyping environment. Then we’ll have an interactive discussion about prototyping within our organizations. After that, we will get hands-on with prototyping exercises. You will leave the meetup with ideas that you could explore with your teams tomorrow.
